The Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 Lens - Nikon is a high-speed zoom lens with an aperture range of F22 to F2.8 and a circular aperture diaphragm with nine blades. This lens is composed of 17 elements in 12 groups, including three molded glass aspherical elements, three low dispersion lens elements, two extra refractive index lenses, and a hybrid aspherical lens. It has a maximum magnification ratio of 1:5 and a minimum focusing distance of 15 inches. It is also equipped with a dual MPU (micro-processing unit), VC (Vibration Compensation) technology, eBAND (Extended Bandwidth and angular-dependency) coating technology, and an electromagnetic diaphragm. This lens also features a fluorine coating and leak-proof seals.
