Scanpan Coppernox Covered Multi Steamer Insert with Lid 20cm

The unique construction of Scanpan Coppernox features a base which is impact bonded with a wedge of copper, then enveloped by two layers of aluminium, and surrounded by a layer of stainless steel, all of which assists with heat retention and the elimination of hot spots, giving you greater control over your cooking.This 20cm covered multi steamer insert comes with a tempered glass lid with a steel rim which enables you to monitor cooking as you go and two stainless steel handles with soft touch, silicone inserts which stay cool to touch, protecting your hands from heat. The steamer is safe to use on all stovetops including induction and in the oven up to 220C.
