This large, 32cm specialised pan combines Scanpan's exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating and a clever European design to achieve standout sauteing. The heavy duty, recycled squeeze cast aluminum body has an extra thick base for superior heat conductivity, side walls for mess free frying and a tempered glass lid. The extraordinarily hard exterior surface is a ceramic and titanium blend which is impossible to scrape away, even with metal utensils. The patented spring-lock handle stays cool during normal stove top use, while the pan is also oven safe up to 250�C.
