The hand sharpened Furi Pro Small Grip Cook's Knife is a versatile tool suited to prepare both meat and vegetables. Seamless from end to end, this knife is made from rust resistant Japanese stainless steel which maintains an exceptional strength, while the 26° Tech Edge blade provides unrelenting sharpness. The Small Grip reverse wedge, anti fatigue handle is 25% smaller than regular Furi knife handles but still locks into the hand comfortably. The optimised bolster works to protect fingers and reduce slipping during use.
