The KONG Clouds efficacy may be dependent on a combination of variables such as surgery location and muzzle length relative to a dogs overall size. Sizing up may prevent longer muzzled breeds from reaching around the KONG Cloud. For larger breeds with longer limbs, or breeds in between sizes, always size up.  It is recommended to always monitor a pet post-surgery to ensure collar is working properly.
