This adapter enables the use of accessories supported only by a conventional accessory shoe. The new multi-shoe adapter allows you to use existing accessories on your R3 that have a conventional hot shoe connection. The AD-E1 multi-function shoe adapter is dust and drip-proof, allowing you to use other dust and drip-proof accessories without the worry of damage. The AD-E1 uses static pressure strength, which is strong enough to attach large professional accessories such at the EL-1 and 600EX II-RT speedlights.
